Carolina Moura, owner and chocolatier, Carolina travels frequently to study different techniques and source the finest and rarest ingredients from chocolate masters around the world. Carolina is originally fom Brazil, and was born in the capital of the state of Pernambuco, Recife. She is also an artist who masters different mediums such as: pencil, charcoals, watercolors, pastels and acrylics. Her most recent creations can be viewed at CarolinArts.com.
Cléia Maria de Jesus, also owner and chocolatier since 1989. She is from Brazil, born in Recife, Pernambuco. She also masters the culinary arts and creates all sorts of gourmet foods.
